EZ-Purge

The patented EZ-Purge is a modular purge system that will usually reduce purging time for an 8" pipe to under 2 minutes. The unique silicone ball system ensures an air tight seal and can easily be moved and positioned within the pipe.

Available for pipe diameters from 3⁄4" to 8".

Silicone disc system 120

The Silicone disc purge system 120 can be used in straight pipes where it considerably reduces the volume around the weld and shields the weld root from oxidation.

Available for pipe diameters from 3⁄4" to 12".

Silicone disc system 180

The Silicone disc purge system 180 is fitted with a flexible basic spinal unit and can be used when purging in a bend. Even across bends, it achieves an air tight seal and therefore considerably reduces the volume around the weld and shields the weld root from oxidation.

Available for pipe diameters from 3⁄4" to 12".

Silicone disc system 200

The Silicone disc purge system 200 is used where customers require a single dam end for purging. The double silicone disc assembly guarantees an air tight seal in single end applications and dome ends.

Available for pipe diameters from 3⁄4" to 12".

Silicone disc system 210

The Silicone disc purge system 210 is used for larger diameter pipes. These large volumes traditionally need a long time to purge. The cylindrical shape of the Silicon disc purge system 210 considerably reduces the volume that needs purging and usually reduces purge time to 5 to 15 minutes depending on the pipe diameter.

Available for pipe diameters from 8" to 36".
